Midsummer Night Festival at Ópusztaszer Heritage Park

In celebration of the longest day of the year, on June 19, 2010, Ópusztaszer National Historical Heritage Park opens its gates from 9.00 AM till past midnight. The day’s events include an international folk dance and folk music festival, arts & crafts workshops, dance house, and bonfire jumping.

Pentecost Monday Feast at Ópusztaszer Heritage Park

Ópusztaszer National Historical Heritage Park announces its annual celebration of spring turning into summer. The traditional feast will include a Pentecost Procession, choosing of the Pentecost King, and even a set of contests that will determine who’s the strongest man, the most hard-working woman, and the most skillful kid in the village.
